| Good times in LA |

Last night: Got to visit the View Askew offices and play Poker until 530am with Kevin Smith and a few folks from the message boards. Held my own in my first big poker game and never had to rebuy chips. Eventually lost to Kevin, a few of his friends and a fellow fan who I believe moonlights as a card shark. :-)
Going to have to get some friends together to play back home sometime soon.
Today: Visited the Secret Stash west. Saw many movie props and collectibles that make this place a geek mecca.
Tonight: Premiere of Clerks 2 DVD stuff at Cinespace in LA. Got to meet some more of the folks from the movies I love....plus ate some really good chocolate dessert.
Monday night: Evening Harder DVD premiere and Q&A.
So far, I give this trip two thumbs up.

Ladies and Gentlemen, there is a Carl's Jr open in Tacoma now!
Run, don't walk to your car....drive the measely 40 or 50 miles and get yourself one of those savory burgers, the likes of which could not be experienced anywhere north of Vancouver Washington or West of Spokane until now!
You people from California know what I'm talking about. Yes, it's just a fast food chain.....but it's the best one. Click on the Happy Star, get some directions and get down there!

I don't know why I never posted this here, but here goes, quickly.
Tomorrow, along with several of my 501st Garrison members, I'll be pariticpating in the Heart Walk in downtown Seattle. I'm looking for some sponsors to help me raise some money for the American Heart Association . I have a donation page, but for some crazy reason they only accept donations of 25 dollars and above.
I know that's a lot to ask, so here's what I'm proposing:
Anyone who does not feel like donating 25 dollars but is still willing to donate something before tomorrow can send any amount (maybe 5 dollars or more?) to me via paypal (email for my address) and I will total up all the donations received there, then round that amount up out of my pocket to the nearest 25 dollar increments. I will then make the pledge on your behalf.
